The following Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read carefully.

 1. The Little Flower Hut service
l. l The Little Flower Hut's products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties The Little Flower Hut reserves the right to substitute a formerly agreed ingredient or component within a design of equivalent value and quality without notice. This includes specific flowers/plants and sundries. The Little Flower Hut stresses that flowers and plant material are natural products and colours may differ or be unavailable to those agreed, but the next best thing will always be provided.

 1.2 • In the event that The Little Flower Hut is unable to supply a product or service to you at all, The Little Flower Hut shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.

 1.3 • Your invoice reflects the time, knowledge and skill required to fulfil my service for your Wedding/event requirements. Each component carries a set amount of administrative time, which has been calculated accordingly.

 1.4 • An initial consultation and detailed quote are included in any costing for a Wedding/event.

 2. Prices and payment
2.1 • Should you wish to book The Little Flower Hut a non-refundable booking fee of £150 is required to secure your Wedding/event date in my diary. Your date is not secured until these have been received. This booking fee is not deducted from your final invoice.

 2.2 • Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance and agreement of your quote, the services to be provided and also deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

 2.3 • The estimate provided by The Little Flower Hut is based on prices of flowers at the time of your enquiry. Flower prices change frequently and depending how far in advance an estimate has been provided, prices are likely to change. The Little Flower Hut will confirm final prices 8 weeks prior to your wedding/event.

 2.4 • Full payment for product or service must be received prior to the Wedding/event and no less than 4 weeks before the Wedding/event. A post Wedding/event invoice may be issued if there are additional and unforeseen costs associated with the Wedding/event.

 2.5 • If you would like The Little Flower Hut to source props or shop for specific items on your behalf (not including flowers), this will be charged by the hour at a rate of £30.00 per hour. This will either be added to your final invoice or form part of the post-event invoice.

 2.6 • The Little Flower Hut will plan the delivery around the order of the day and work to a tight schedule to ensure flowers are delivered and moved around on time. In the event that the ceremony or any other timings are changed significantly without prior notice (anything over an hour) The Little Flower Hut will invoice for you at a rate of £30 per hour. This will form part of the post-event invoice.

 2.7 • We reserve the right to make an admin charge of £50 for complete redesign.

 3. Delivery
 3.1 • The Little Flower Hut charges for travel at a cost of 65p per mile travelled and £30.00 per hour. Delivery to multiple addresses is fine, but travel will be charged for accordingly.

 3.2 • You the client are responsible for providing the correct venue/delivery contact details and full address including postcode and any specific directions.

 3.3 • The flowers will be delivered and/or set up at a time agreed in advance. The Little Flower Hut & team are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control. If our supply of the services is delayed by an event/incident outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by said event and no amount of the full invoice will be refunded.

 3.4 • The Little Flower Hut is at liberty to make changes to the agreed delivery or set up time providing this does not delay or negatively impact your event. You will be notified as soon as possible.

 4. Wedding / Event set up
 4.1 • Jill from The Little Flower Hut will personally create and deliver your bridal party flowers, unless otherwise stated. On occasion, Jill Alexander will ask members of her team, trained and experienced florists, to set up the venue and/or move around of the flowers between locations.

 4.2 • If working at height, you may be charged ladder hire and additional labour to help ensure risk is minimised. This will be priced on a case-by-case basis and discussed and agreed with you in advance.

 4.3 • Additional set up charges may apply, e.g. for large installations, styling, venues with difficult access. This will be fully discussed with you in advance.

 4.4 • The Little flower Hut accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by flames or lit candles at a Wedding/event.

 5. Collection and damages
 5.1 • If you use props, vases etc. belonging to The Little Flower Hut, they must be emptied and safely returned to the workshop in Pontefract (WF8 3RH) in their original condition, within five days of the Wedding/event date (unless agreed otherwise). Alternatively, a flat fee of £100 is charged for collection within 20 miles from WF8 3RH. If outside of this area, additional travel expenses apply at ta rate of 65p per mile plus a minimum hourly addition of £30.00 per hour of time. A time and day need to be agreed in advance. Please note normal workdays are Monday-Friday.

 5.2 • It is the responsibility of the individual in receipt of the quote, the client, to ensure that all items loaned or hired from us or another third party are returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. Damage includes, but is not limited to breakages, cracks, stains, or burns. The client will be responsible for covering cost of any repairs or replacements.

 6. Changes and cancellation
 6.1 • Cancellation must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Any booking fee paid will be retained regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation. As per term 2.4, The Little Flower Hut must receive full payment 4 weeks prior to your Wedding/event. If you cancel your Wedding/event within the final 4 weeks before the Wedding/event and after we have received full payment from you, we will be unable to offer any refund and will retain the fully paid amount.

 6.2 • Cancellation charges: 9 months prior to your wedding/event = booking fee retained 6-8 months prior to your wedding/event = - booking fee retained + an admin fee of £150 required. 3-6 months prior to Wedding/event = booking fee retained +50% of the final amount payable 1-3 months prior to Wedding/event = booking fee retained +75% of the final amount payable 4 weeks to date of wedding = booking fee retained l 00% of total amount payable

 6.3 • Changes to your order can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the Wedding/event. After that point, you will be invoiced for your final payment, and additions cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to cancel items, after the final payment is received (four weeks prior to the event), you will not be reimbursed.

 7. Third party products or service
 7.1• The Little Flower Hut sometimes hires in items for use in event floristry. All items are checked thoroughly, and good condition is ensured. However, if an item were to break, crack or cause injury to a 3rd party or individual then The Little Flower Hut will accept no responsibility and the dispute will need to be settled between you and the supplier of said faulty item.

 8. Complaints
 8.1 • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the flowers or service, please contact me as soon as possible.

 8.2 • Because of the perishable nature of our products, the client will be advised upon delivery how to store/care for your product and we ask that you fulfil this. Usually, the instruction will be to keep the product in a cool place, away from draft, heat, or strong fumes and to leave a bridal bouquet in its tissue paper or gift bag and drinking until required.

 9. Social media and the use of images of your flowers The Little Flower Hut will post an image on social media of your flowers, but not until after the wedding takes place. We may share more photographs and details of the Wedding/event on our website and social media profiles including the website, Instagram, and Pinterest. We would really welcome you to share your professional wedding photos with us.

 10. General Disclaimer
 10.1• Acts of God, sudden ill health and adverse weather conditions may affect my ability to deliver the service. In the event of any of these happening The Little Flower Hut will remain in contact with the client in the lead up to the Wedding/event and discuss a contingency plan. If Jill Alexander is unable to personally complete or deliver your Wedding/event due to ill health, it will be outsourced accordingly. Ultimately, The Little Flower Hut cannot accept any responsibility for Acts of God, sudden ill health or adverse weather conditions, which are completely out of their control. if adversely prevented from providing the service due to Acts of God or adverse weather conditions, the full invoice amount will not be refunded and will be retained by The Little Flower Hut.

 10.2 • The Little Flower Hut reserves the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Little Flower Hut will inform you of any changes to these conditions.

 10.3 • As much as I would love the flowers to last forever, The Little Flower Hut can only guarantee the flowers for the day of your Wedding/event.

 10.4 • The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England, Scotland and Wales. After a review and by paying the booking fee you are entering into a contract and therefore agree to these terms and conditions.
