This was an unforgettable celebration of romance with a bold black theme, from the bride's dramatic gown to the couples' décor and even the stunning black wedding cake. It was so exciting I was honoured to design the lush gothic florals that complemented their vision perfectly and brought this atmospheric wedding to life.
THE FINAL DETAILS
Georgia’s striking bouquet married textures and tones, with velvety dark blooms contrasted by delicate burgundy and black ribbons. Oversized floral columns flanked the venue's grand arched mirror, gently converging in a dramatic curved frame. Meticulously arranged foliage added depth, while the dark blooms tied in with the overall theme.
At the reception, tables were transformed into moody botanical visions. Black linens and candles provided the backdrop for sprawling floral centrepieces in black urns, burgundy, deep purple hues and bold pops of colour spilling lavishly over the edges.

Ghyll Barn, situated in the heart of Cumbria, is a meticulously crafted barn built from the ground up by its owners, oozing with character and charm. The soaring ceilings and exposed wooden beams created the perfect atmosphere for Georgia & Jordan’s wedding theme. A grand arched mirror adorned one wall, providing a natural focal point for captivating floral displays.
